This is a quite generic nymph pattern, especially good for still water fishing after trout and Arctic char, but worth a try in the river too. Seal's fur is a wonderful material for nymphs, the coarse dubbing is excellent for imitating the abdomen of both mayfly nymphs and caddis larvae. This is one of the best nymphs for Arctic char that I know of.
