Turkey & Red

The Turkey & Red also has another name, but I could not find it in any of my books. However, this is a worth pattern for both salmon and seatrout in the rivers all through the season when the weather is grey.

Thread: Black

Tail: Golden Pheasant tippet fibers

Ribbing: Oval gold tinsel

Body: Red Sealsfur, picked out well

Hackle: Brown

Wings: Mottled turkey
